Ingredients
“Baiye” Soya bean sheet – 3 sheets
Breakfast ham (cut strips) – 5 pieces
Red chili (cut) – 3 sticks
Chinese parsley (tear) – 5 stalks

Sauces
Chili sauce – 5 table spoons
Oyster sauce – 5 table spoons
Light sauce – 5 table spoons
Cooking oil – 5 table spoons
Sesame oil – 3 table spoons
Pepper – Dashes

Steps

1. Slice Soya bean sheet carefully into 2mm-width and 8cm-length;
2. Boil Soya bean shreds for 2 minutes, put in a big bowl to cool before chilling in fridge for one hour;
3. Add all Sauces into the bowl and mix with chilled soya bean shreds and shredded hams;
4. Chill again before serving;
5. Garnish with Chinese parsleys and red cut chili.
