Serves 10Ingredients
Dried shrimps – ½ bowl
Chinese mushroom – 10 each
Lean pork – 500 grams
Ginger slice – 10 slices
Fried onions – 1 bowl
Spring onion (cut small) – 1 bowl
Cooked rice – 5 bowls
Pork Seasoning Sauce
Corn flour – 2 table spoons
Light sauce – 4 table spoons
Sesame oil – 1 table spoons
Pepper – Desired
Bread Crumbs Mix
Light sauce – Desired
Pepper – Desired
Sesame oil – 3 table spoons
Stock
Pork bone soup – 10 bowls
Steps
- Soak Dried Shrimps for half an hour, remove and set aside. Retain the water, set aside;
- Soak Chinese Mushroom for half an hour, squeeze dry, cut into long strips and set aside. Retain the water, set aside;
- Slice Lean Pork into strips, season with Pork Seasoning Sauce for one hour, set aside;
- Heat wok, medium fire, add oil, ginger slices, followed by Dried Shrimps, Pork, Chinese Mushroom, stir fry for 15 minutes;
- Add Pork Bone Soup and water from soaking Dried Shrimps and Chinese Mushroom; De-oil;
- Add Cooked Rice and Sauces, turn to small fire and simmer for 20 minutes;
- Serves with garnishing of Fried Onions and Spring Onions.
