Pork – 1 kg
Bamboo shoots – 1 packet
Black bean (pounded) – 5 table spoon
Garlic (chopped fine) – 4 table spoons
Dried chili (cut half) – 5 each
Sauces
Chili oil – 2 table spoons
Sugar – 2 table spoons
Light sauce – 3 table spoons
Dark sauce – 3 table spoons
Sesame oil – 3 table spoons
Pepper – Dashes
Corn four – 1 table spoon
Steps
- Slice pork & bamboo shoots into equal length short strips;
- Season pork with all Sauces for half an hour;
- Heat wok, add oil, big fire, stir fry Garlic, Dried Chili and pounded Black Beans until fragrance;
- Add pork and bamboo shoots and fry for another 15 minutes;
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
