Chives (Koo-Chye) (cut 4cm long) – 20 stalks
Garlic (chopped fine) – 3 table spoons
Sauces
Light Sauce – 3 table spoons

Steps
- This is a typical traditional Hainanese home cook dish. Control of the wok fire while crucial, quick handling of ladle while stir frying is also essential in bringing out the traditional home cook taste of this dish;
