Cabbage (cut into bite sizes) – 1 each
Fish-paste (cut into cubes) – 1 bowl
Garlic (chop fine) – 3 table spoons
Spring onion (cut small) – 3 stalks
Red chili (cut strips) – 2 sticks
Sauces
Fish-sauce – 2 table spoons
Pepper – Desired
Steps
- Heat up wok, maintain big fire, add oil and stir fry chopped garlic;
- Add Fish-paste cubes and pan fry till golden brown;
- Add Cabbage and Sauces, stir fry for 10 minutes;
- Turn to small fire, simmer for another 10 minutes;
- Garnish with Spring onion and red-cut chili;
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
