Serves 10Ingredients
Long Beans – 500 grams
Red chili – 2 sticks
Minced pork – 300 grams
Garlic (chopped fine) – 2 table spoons
Sauces
Fish sauce – 5 table spoons
Sesame oil – 3 table poon
Pepper – Desired
Steps
- Cut Long Beans & Red chili into 1cm sizes;
- Heat wok, add oil, big fire, stir fry chopped garlic, minced pork and all Sauces till slightly-burnt;
- Maintain big fire, add Long Beans, red chili and fry for another 10 minutes, sprinkle 2-3 spoons of water intermittently.
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
