Serves 10Ingredients-Prawn Mixtures
Prawns (de-shell, minced fine) – 20 each
Carrots (skin peeled, chop fine) – ½ bowl
Water chestnuts (skin peeled, chop fine) – 5 each
Chinese parsleys (chop fine) – 2 stalks

Corn flour – 5 table spoons
Ingredients-Bread
White bread (square) – 10 slices
Sauces
Light sauce – 3 table spoons
Sesame oil – 3 table spoons
Pepper – Desired
Steps
- Mix Prawn Mixtures with all Sauces, set aside;
- Spread Prawn Mixtures onto each slice of Bread;
- Heat up shallow frying pan, add oil, small fire, slide each slice of Bread (with Prawn Mixtures facing upwards) slowly into the frying pan. Pan fry for 30 seconds before flipping the Bread (Prawn Mixtures facing downwards) and pan fry for another 2 minutes;
- Cut each slice into 4 triangular shapes;
- Serve warm, with Chili or Tomato sauce;
- Taste refreshing with a little squeeze of lemon juice on top.
