Chicken drumlets – 20 each
Eggs – 3 each
Seasoning
Hua-tiao wine – 5 table spoons
Light sauce – 5 table spoons
Sesame oil – 5 table spoons
Oyster sauce – 5 table spoons
Sugar – ½ table spoons
5-spice powder – 1 table spoon
Pepper – desired
Bread Crumbs Mix
Biscuits crump – 3 bowls
Plain flour – 5 table spoons
Salt – ¼ table spoons
Pepper – Desired
Steps
- Use kitchen-scissor to de-bone the top part of each chicken drumlet. Hold the top of the bone on one hand and use the kitchen-scissor or hand to push down all the meat/skin to form round shape;
- Season drumplets overnight;
- Prepare beaten eggs in a bowl;
- Dab each drumlet repeatedly with beaten eggs & bread crumbs mix;
- Heat up wok, add oil, deep fry drumlets until golden brown;
- Cut foil into small squares to wrap around the drumlet sticks.
- Serves hot.
