Braised Cucumber Chicken™

Ingredients
Big chicken (1.5kg) – 1 each
Cucumber – 2 each
Spring onion – 5 stalks
Parsley – 5 stalks

Sauces
Chinese Hua Tiao wine – 1 bowl
Sugar – 5 table spoons
Light sauce – 5 table spoons
Dark sauce – 5 table spoons
Sesame oil – 5 table spoons
Pepper ½ table spoons
Oyster sauce – 5 table spoons
Water – 10 bowls


Steps

1. Cut cucumbers into cubes, put into a big pot and boil with all Sauces, Spring Onions, Parsleys and water for 30 minutes;
2. Put chicken into pot, turn to small fire, cover the pot and simmer the chicken for 20 minutes. Turn off fire and soak chicken in pot for another 10 minutes;
3. Chop chicken into pieces;
4. Goes well with boiled rice.
