Ingredients
Roast Duck breast meat – 40 slices
Cucumber (cut into 3-inches sticks) – 120 sticks
Spring Onion (cut into 3-inches sticks) – 120 sticks
Spring roll skin – 20 pieces

Sauce
Tian-Mian Sauce – 1 bottle

Steps

1. Everyone spread one piece of Spring Roll skin onto their own plate；
2. Spread desired quantity of Tian-Mian Sauce onto the Spring Roll Skin;
3. Put 2 pieces of Roast Duck breast meat, 3 sticks of Cucumber sticks and 3 sticks of Spring Onion sticks onto the Spring Roll skin;
4. Wrap to bite sizes, enjoy!
