Serves 10Ingredients
Roast Duck (chopped into pieces) – 1 each
Celery (cut into triangle shape) – 6 stalks
Garlic (chopped, fine) – 4 table spoons
Big Onion (chopped, medium fine) – 3 each
Small Onion (chopped, medium fine) -3 each
Dried Chili (cut into 1/2) – 5 sticks
Sauces
Light Sauce – 5 table spoons
Oyster Sauce – 5 table spoons
Sesame Oil -3 table spoons
Chinese Wine – 5 table spoons
Water – 1 bowl
5Pepper – Dashes
Steps
- Heat wok with 3 table spoons of cooking oil, stir fry Garlic, Ginger, Big Onion, Small Onion and Dried Chili;
- Maintain big fire, add chopped Roast Duck, pour all Sauces and stir fry for 10 minutes;
- Add Celery and stir fry for another 5 minutes before simmering for 10 minutes.
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice and duck gravy.
