Uncooked rice – 4 cups
Chinese Cabbage (cut small pieces) – 3 bowls
Dried prawns – ½ bowl
Pork (cut short strips) – ½ bowl
Chinese mushroom (soak, slice) – 10 each
Spring Onions (cut small) – 5 stalks
Parsley (chopped fine) – 5 stalks
Garlic (chopped fine) – 3 table spoons
Fried small Onions – 1 bowl
Fried Onion oil – 5 table spoons
Water – Desired
Sauces
Light sauce – 5 table spoons
Dark sauce – 3 table spoons
Oyster sauce – 3 table spoons
Sesame oil – 5 table spoons
Pepper – Dashes
Steps
- Wash uncooked rice, drained, set aside;
- Heat wok, add onion oil, big fire, add garlic, stir fry Dried Prawn, Pork strips, Chinese Mushrooms and Chinese Cabbage;
- Turn to medium fire, add uncooked rice and all Sauces stir fry for 15 minutes;
- Transfer the above into the rice cooker;
- Add desired water, stir rice intermittently;
- Serves hot, garnish with Fried Onions, parsley and spring onions.
