Pork chops (hammered slightly) – 10 pieces
Salt (fine) – ½ table spoon
Pepper – Desired
Plain Flour – 2 bowls
Bread crumps (mashed) – 3 bowls
Garlic (hammered slightly) – 5 Cloves
Onion (slices) – 2 each
Tomato (slices) – 3 each
Green Beans – ½ bowls
Eggs (beat) – 3 each
Potato (cut small cubes) – 3 each
Sauces
Lime juice – 5 limes
Tomato sauce – 5 table spoons
Sugar – 5 table spoons
Oyster sauce – 1 table spoons
Black vinegar – 1 table spoon
Water – Desired
Corn Starch – Desired
Steps
- Season Pork Chops with Salt and Pepper, set aside for one hour;
- Coat each slice of Pork Chop with eggs, Flour and Bread Crumps, set aside;
- Heat wok, medium fire, add oil, deep fry Pork Chop till golden brown, de-oil; set aside;
- Deep fry potato cubes till golden brown, de-oil, set aside;
- Maintain medium fire, retain some oil, add chopped Garlic and Onions and stir fry for 5 minutes;
- Add all Sauces, potatoes and Tomatos, boil for 5 minutes, add corn starch, set gravy aside;
- Cut Pork Chops into long strips, display on plate and pour gravy over;
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
