Cooked rice – 10 bowls

Chinchalok (prawn paste) – Desired
Steps
- This is an interesting dish – easy to cook, fun to eat, especially for children;
- Boil Pork Belly for one hour till soft, cut into bite size;
- Place cooked rice into a big bowl to cool slightly;
- Wet both hands and scoop approximately ½ bowl of rice into your hands and squeeze into a ball. Wet your hands continuously while making Rice Balls;
- While eating, hold a piece of Pork Belly in one hand and dap with Chinchalok while holding a Rice Ball in another. Have fun;
