Young Ginger (slice) – 10 slices
Red Chili (de-seed) – 3 sticks
Green Chili (de-seed) – 3 sticks
Seasoning
Light Sauce – 2 table spoons
Oyster Sauce – 2 table spoons
Sesame Oil – 2 table spoons
Corn Flour – 1 table spoon
Pepper – Desired
Sauces
Light Sauce – 1 table spoon
Water – 3 table spoons
Pepper – Desired
Steps
- Season Lean Pork Slices with Seasonings for half an hour, set aside;/li>
- Cut both Red Chili and Green Chili into long slanted strips, set aside;
- Heat wok, big fire, add one bowl of oil, stir fry the seasoned Lean Pork Slices for 2 minutes, drained oil, set aside;
- Leave 3 table spoons of oil in the wok, big fire, add Ginger slices, followed by other Ingredients and stir fry for another 3 minutes;
- Maintain big fire, add Lean Pork slices and Sauces and stir fry for 5 minutes;
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
