Serves 10Ingredients
Pork strips – 500 grams
Corn flour – 1 table spoon
Corn starch – 1 table spoon
Garlic (chopped fine) – 1 table spoon
Chinese parsleys – 2 stalks
Sauces
“Cucumber Sauce” – 4 table spoons Light sauce – 1 table spoon
Oyster sauce – 1 table spoon
Chinese Hua Diao wine – 1 table spoon
Pepper – Desired
Steps
- Slice Pork into strips, season with light sauce and soften with Corn flour;
- Heat wok, big fire, add oil, stir fry Garlic, Pork strips for 5 minutes until Pork strips turn light brown;
- Maintain big fire, add all Sauces and fry fry for another 5 minutes before adding Corn starch;
- Garnish with Chinese parsleys;
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
