Red Dates Pork Bone Potato Soup™

Ingredients
Pork Bone (cut into bite sizes) – 4 kg
Red Dates – 10 each
Potatoes (cut into cubes) – 8 each
Water – Desired

Sauces
Sea Salt – Desired
Pepper – Desired

Steps

1. Bring water to boil in a big pot, add Pork and Sauces into it;
2. Turn to small fire, boil for 2 hours before adding potatoes and boil for another 45 minutes;
3. De-oil soup;
4. Serves hot, goes well even without boiled rice.
