Seasoning
Braised Pork gravy – 4 bowls
Corn flour (starch) – 1 table spoon
Chinese parsley – 1 stalk
Steps
- Cut Bean curd into cubes, put aside;
- Heat up Braised Pork gravy in a small pot and add Bean curd;
- Simmer for 30 minutes in small fire;
- Add corn starch for stickiness;
- Goes well even without boiled rice.
