Serves 10Ingredients
Doufu (cut into small cubes) – 3 boxes
Minced pork – ½ kg
Black beans (bottle-type) – 3 table spoons
Garlic (chop fine) – 3 table spoons
Dried chili (chopped fine, with seeds) – 3 table spoons
Sugar – ½ table spoon
Sauces
Chili oil – 5 table spoons
Sesame oil – 3 table spoons
Light sauce – 2 table spoons
Dark sauce – 1 table spoon
Water – ½ bowl
Spring onion (cut strips) – 3 stalks
Red cut chili (cut strips) – 2 stalks
Steps
- Use charcoal fire tastes better;
- Heat wok, add oil, big fire, stir fry Garlic, Dried Chili, Black Beans and Minced Pork till fragrance;
- Add all Sauces followed by doufu cubes;
- Turn to small fire, simmer for another 10 minutes;
- Garnish with Red Cut Chili and Spring Onions;
- Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
