Chinese Mushroom – 20 each
Garlic (chopped fine) – ½ bowl
Spring Onion (cut cubes for garnishing) – 2 sticks
Sauces
Chinese Hua Tiao wine – ½ bowl
Light sauce – 3 table spoons
Dark Sauce – 2 table spoons
Oyster sauce – 3 table spoons
Sugar – ½ table spoon
Pepper – Dashes
Steps
- De-stem the Chinese mushroom, do not need to cut, set aside;
- Heat wok, add oil, medium fire, add garlic and stir fry for 5 minutes;
- Add Chinese Mushroom and Sauces, stew for 15 minutes;
- Garnish with Spring Onion;
- Serves hot, goes well even without boiled rice.
