Stir-fry Bitter-gourd with Eggs™

Ingredients
Bitter Gourd (slice) – 1 each
Eggs – 2 each
Pork – 500 grams
Garlic (crushed) – 2 table spoons

Sauces
Light sauce – 3 table spoons
Oyster sauce – 3 table spoons
Sugar – Dashes
Pepper – Dashes

Steps

1. Boil pork, cut into small cubes. Set aside;
2. Heat wok, add oil, big fire, add garlic and stir fry bitter gourd for 10 minutes;
3. Maintain big fire, add Pork cubes and Sauces;
4. Add ½ a bowl of pork stock, simmer in small fire for 10 minutes;
5. Add egg last, stir fry for 1 minute.
6. Serves hot, goes well with boiled rice.
